Shipping Policy
LawBro primarily offers digital legal services such as virtual consultations, document drafting, and online legal guidance. As such, most services are delivered electronically through chat, email, or downloadable formats on the platform. However, in certain cases where physical delivery of legal documents, printed drafts, or notarized copies is necessary, this Shipping Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for such deliveries.
All digital services are delivered instantly or within the stipulated time as communicated during booking or consultation. Delivery of legal documents in soft copy format will be done via email or through a secure link on your registered account dashboard. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues. LawBro is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated user information.
For services involving physical delivery—such as couriering printed legal documents, stamped contracts, or affidavits—shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the urgency of delivery. We currently offer standard and express delivery options through our logistics partners. Shipping is available across India, and delivery timelines vary between 3 to 7 working days for standard shipping and 1 to 3 working days for express delivery, depending on the region and courier service availability.
Once your shipment is dispatched, we will provide a tracking ID and delivery estimate via SMS or email. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment. Undelivered packages due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept may incur reshipping charges. LawBro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, you must refuse delivery and notify us within 24 hours via support@lawbro.odoo.com. If you receive a damaged or incorrect document, LawBro will re-send the correct document at no additional cost after verification.
We currently do not ship internationally. All physical services are limited to delivery within the territory of India. Requests for physical delivery outside India may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional charges and delivery risks.
All shipments are final and non-returnable. If you require amendments or corrections to the content of legal documents after receiving them, such changes will be handled digitally and not through re-shipment unless deemed necessary by our legal team.
