At LawBro, we strive to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for all our users seeking legal consultations. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which a user may cancel a booking or seek a refund. By using our platform, you agree to the conditions described below.
Once a user books a consultation with a lawyer through LawBro, the appointment is confirmed and the lawyer reserves time exclusively for that session. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled consultation to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable, as the legal expert would have committed their availability based on your request.
Refunds will be processed only in the following circumstances: (i) the consultation was not delivered due to the lawyer’s unavailability or technical issues on the platform's end; (ii) the lawyer fails to join the session and no rescheduling was offered within 24 hours; or (iii) the payment was charged more than once due to a technical error. In these cases, users must raise a refund request within 48 hours of the incident by emailing support@lawbro.odoo.com with complete transaction details and proof.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies. LawBro shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases: dissatisfaction with legal opinion, change of mind, misunderstanding of the platform’s services, or inability to attend a session without timely prior notice. Since legal consultations are time-based and professional in nature, they are treated as digital services consumed upon delivery.
In exceptional cases, partial refunds or credits may be granted solely at LawBro’s discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria or appear to be fraudulent, repetitive, or abusive in nature.
LawBro also reserves the right to cancel any appointment, suspend an account, or restrict access to the platform if a user is found violating our Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or misusing the consultation service. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.
